Advanced Rigging
Our training facilities are air-conditioned and fully purpose equipped and our students have direct access to all the necessary plant required for the relevant course i.e. Cranes, EWP, Forklifts and Scaffold.
3 steps, as outlined by Workplace Health and Safety , that need to be followed by the applicant before a licence can be obtained:
- Formal training to be undertaken with an RTO.
- Logbook and Training plan to be completed and signed off by a licensed supervisor
- Practical assessment (and theory if not already completed)
Course participants have the following 2 course options:

Option B |
|
This "All in One" course includes formal training, COMPLETION of logbook and training plan during the our integrated scope workshop. NO FURTHER TRAINING IS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN THE LICENCE AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THIS COURSE. Our purposely designed workshops enable course attendees to obtain the legally required workplace experience. It also provides the opportunity to cover any gaps that are an element of the assessment instrument but are not part of the attendee's day to day duties in the workplace. Participants without experience will get a better understanding of their recently gained knowledge by transferring it into practical tasks. This allows participants of our 5 day course to progress to the final assessment in a single week.
|
This "Basic" course is suitable for people that are working in the industry at the time of the course; and who may not be able to take the time off work to attend our 5 day workshop course.
PARTICIPANTS ATTENDING THE BASIC COURSE WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE LEGALLY REQUIRED LOGBOOK AND TRAINING PLAN AT THE WORKPLACE AFTER THE INITIAL TRAINING and before they are able to undertake the final assessment.
The logbook and training plan need to be signed off by a licensed supervisor. Please note that no more than 6 months shall elapse from the first day of the initial training to the final assessment. |

Course duration: 5 days |
Course duration: 2 days plus assessment 1 day |
Employers Please Note
Having your employees attend our supervised workshops ENSURES THAT YOU MEET YOUR SPECIFIC OBLIGATIONS FOR MONITORING TRAINING AS SET OUT IN THE Workplace Health and Safety Regulation IN A WAY THAT IS BOTH ECONOMIC AND PROVABLE.
If a person is considered not ready for the assessment additional logbook experience can be gained after attending the four day course by attending additional workshops with us or at the workplace.
The assessment can be rescheduled to a later date at the applicant's convenience at no extra cost.
